Everyone has Ray J misunderstood, or at least that's what Brandy's baby bro is claiming two days after he dropped his controversial new single "I Hit It First."

On Saturday, Ray had music fans abuzz when he released "I Hit It First" online. The track's title alone had listeners assuming that he was referencing his one-time girlfriend and sex-tape partner Kim Kardashian, and the song's lyrics did even more to further that notion. But the California crooner insists that's not the case. "It's a song, it's not about that, it's about a concept. People going way too deep," Ray J said on Monday morning (April 8) when he phoned into New York's Hot 97. "They just gotta keep it on the surface. I'm not trying to create no war, it's all love; we're doing music."

Ray never mentions his ex-flame by name, but there are a number of references that come off as more-than-subtle digs at the pregnant Kardashian. The song's hook seems to allude to not only Kim, but her ex-beau NFL star Reggie Bush and current man Kanye West. "She might move on to rappers and ball players, but we all know I hit it first," he sings before taunts "I hit it, I hit it" repeatedly.

The song's verses are even more telling. "I hit it north, with her ass goin' south, but now baby chose to go west," he wails tongue-in-cheek.

Toward the end of the upbeat pop affair, Ray J even offers to "make another movie," but won't go as far to say that he made the song to intentionally insult Kim or Kanye. "It's not a war, it's not a dis song, we're just having fun," he said on the radio. "Bring it back to the song. That's all I'm on."

Is Mimi Faust Back With Stevie J?

Word on the internet curb, or shall I say 4UMF.com is that Mimi Faust has "allegedly" gone back to her baby daddy, Stevie J!!! Now if your face just scrunched up and stared at the screen like WTF!! then you were reacting just like I was. Now, I don't know how true this rumor is, but I'm hearing that this story line is going to be played out on the new season of Vh1's "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" on April 22nd.

So on the new season of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta", Mimi will be featured on the show with her new boyfriend (who is an upcoming R&B singer) named Niko. Apparently, Stevie J doesn’t like the fact that Mimi has another man and a couple of nights ago, while at Niko’s video premiere party in Atlanta, Stevie J showed up and pulled Mimi to the side to chat.

During the chat Stevie J professed his undying love to Mimi and gifted her with a Cartier watch!

Well Mimi seemed to be going for Stevie's game when Niko stepped in and started calling Mimi out of her name for even listening to Stevie’s mess. Note:Niko did NOT step to Stevie who was kicking game to his girl right in front of him and that's when things got real ratchet!!

Niko and Mimi started screaming at each other in the middle of the club. At the end, Niko called Mimi “DAMAGED GOODS” and told her to go with Stevie J if she wanted to and Mimi left the club with Stevie!!!

Rihanna took some orders from an unsuspecting farmer who’s land was the location of her new video shoot! Riri was in Northern Ireland in Bangor shooting a promo for her We Found Love track in her usual next to nothing attire which included a red bikini top beneath an unbuttoned flannel shirt, a Stars and Stripes bra, and a cropped black mesh top, when the shoot was unexpectedly interrupted.

Alan Graham owner of the land says he didn’t know who Rihana was when he received a call asking to use his land for the shoot. Mr. Graham was on his way to get his tractor when he saw the artist and her team and said, “I thought it was inappropriate. I requested them to stop and they did. I had my conversation with Rihanna and I hope she understands where I’m coming from. We shook hands.”From my point of view, it was my land, I have an ethos and I felt it was inappropriate. I wish no ill will against Rihanna and her friends. Perhaps they could acquaint themselves with a greater God.”

Petey Pablo Sentenced To 3 Years For Gun Charge!

Hip-hop artist Petey Pablo, best known for his songs “Freek-a-Leek and “Raise Up” has been sentenced in North Carolina to almost three years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing a stolen firearm.

Pablo was arrested for carrying a loaded gun in one of his bags that passed through the x-ray machine in Raleigh-Durham International Airport . The gun was found to have been stolen during a 2005 home burglary in Gardena, Calififornia.
